What does my cleaning include?

How much does it cost?
We offer straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Please visit our Services and Prices page for a detailed list of prices. Please be sure to choose the best cleaning service based on your needs. If you’re not sure which one you should book, feel free to get in touch. If we arrive at the location, and it is clear that the cleaning needs do not match the scheduled service, we will give you a new quote.
How do I manage my reservation?
Please check your confirmation email for instructions on how to create an account. You can also log in or create an account by following the “Manage Reservation” link from our Contact page.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
We sure do! Everything is included in your cleaning fee. If you’d like us to use your own equipment or cleaning products, please let us know.
Can I request special tasks?
Yep! Review our add-ons list during the booking process. If you’d like something else, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you service my town?
We currently service Nassau and Suffolk counties and will be expanding into New York City in the near future. From Sands Point to East Hampton, if you need a house cleaning service anywhere in Long Island, we’ll be there to serve you.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we are! We know accidents happen and to ensure we can deal with them appropriately, we are bonded and insured should anything go wrong.
How trustworthy is my cleaner?
Our cleaning professionals go through a comprehensive background check and several interviews because we wouldn’t want some random person from the street in our house either.
What if something goes wrong?

How safe is my billing information?
We use Stripe to manage your billing information. Your data is kept private and secure with Stripe, and we don’t have access to your sensitive information.
Stripe is one of the leading payment processors in the industry. It’s certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1. The most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
What is your 100% guarantee ?
If you’re unsatisfied with your cleaning, we’ll go back and clean anything that may have been missed for free. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked.
Do you offer cupons?
We offer coupons for new customers, and we periodically send coupons to our newsletter subscribers.
Customers booking recurring cleanings get their discount automatically applied through the booking platform. Discounts do not apply to the first recurring cleaning.
Help! my cupon is not working

Do you offer last minute service?
We sure do! We understand life happens, and we will work quickly to get you scheduled. If you’re booking later than 4:00pm for service the next morning, please call us at 631-320-8027 to ensure availability.
I want to gift a cleaning
The perfect gift! Time is our most valuable resource, so you must be a pretty good friend.
You can send gift cards for house cleaning services by purchasing them through the Gift Certificate link on the header.
Do you also take cash or check?
To make transactions easier for everyone, we only accept credit card payments.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the day after your cleaning. This is because we want to ensure you’re happy with our services.
How can I change my credit card on file?
You can manage your reservation and update your payment preferences from your account. You can access your account from the “Sign in” link on your email or by clicking on the “Manage Reservation” link on the Contact page.
